1. Use of Instacar

Instacar is a social platform for car enthusiasts. By creating an account you agree to be respectful, share only content you have the rights to, and follow local laws.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Instacar. See our Child Safety Standards for more.

3. Content

You own your content. By posting to Instacar you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it inside the App.

4. Prohibited Conduct

No hate speech, harassment, illegal content, spam, or content that infringes copyright. Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
